Prepare Thai mussels in no time. Garlic, coriander and lemon grass give this dish its distinctive taste. Add a few legumes, carrot julienne and boiled noodles for a complete and healthy meal. Or serve the mussels in small bowls as a starter. 

Pick your flavour, stir-fry for 2 mins in a heated wok, add sauce and some vegetables if you like, now stir-fry for 2 minutes, Enjoy!
