Oesters met frisse appel en komkommer

We raden aan om bij dit receptje SOL of La Zélandaise te gebruiken
  1. Snijdt de komkommer en groene appel in kleine stukjes
  2. Pers de citroen uit 
  3. Meng alles samen en voeg peper toe
  4. Zet minstens een kwartier in de koelkast zodat het zuur van de citroen goed in de appel en komkommer kan trekken
  5. Steek de oesters open en los en schep ongeveer een halve eetlepel in de oesters 
  6. Je kan de oester even laten marineren of gelijk opeten!
